This monitors only flaw is marks left on the screen from the packaging flat. I do not know if this can be cleaned off. I tried to clean with a microfiber and it did nothing. It feels like it's on the screen itself. This monitor works but look at ALL photos as all sales are FINAL and there are no returns. I tried to represent in the photos as best I can the extent of the damage.
